160 Ross

160 Ross is home to approx. 550 undergraduate students. 160 Ross has 4 bedroom/4 bath and 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment options. Each unit is fully furnished with private bedrooms and bathrooms. Each room is furnished with a full-sized bed, night stand, stackable chest of drawers, desk and chair, and shelved closet with mirrors. The living area is furnished with a leather-style sectional sofa, coffee and side table, entertainment stand, and hardwood-style flooring. The dining area has a fully equipped kitchen with bar stools, quartz stone countertops and stainless-steel appliances consisting of a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, oven, and stove top. A washer and dryer are included in each unit. Each room has a private balcony and covered patio. The fitness center includes cardio machines and free weights, and a yoga and Pilates studio. The courtyard is comprised of a swimming pool with hot tub, sun deck, poolside cabanas, outdoor fire pit, and an outdoor community kitchen with BBQ grills. Being an academically-oriented environment, the 24-hour Academic Success Center is equipped with iMacs, a group study lounge, and Wi-Fi throughout the community. All utilities are included in the semester rental rate. Situated in close proximity to campus, 160 Ross is walkable to class but is a Tiger Transit shuttle stop to and from campus, while also supplying a bike storage unit. 160 Ross provides a 24-hour, on-call staff, residential assistants, and a courtesy patrol officer. 160 Ross does not close at Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring breaks.
