191 College is home to 480 undergraduate students. 191 College has 4 bedroom/4 bath, 2 bedroom/2 bath, and 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment options. Each room is fully furnished with private bedrooms and bathrooms* (*the 4/4 B floorplan offers a shared bedroom option), a full-sized bed, night stand, stackable chest of drawers, desk and chair, USB power outlet, and shelved closet with mirrors. The living area is furnished with a leather-style sectional sofa, coffee and side table, entertainment stand, and hardwood-style flooring. The dining area has a fully equipped kitchen with bar stools, quartz stone countertops and stainless-steel appliances consisting of a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, oven, and stove top. A washer and dryer are included in each unit. The fitness center includes treadmills, elliptical and stationary bikes, strength equipment, and free weights. The rooftop is comprised of a swimming pool with a sun deck, an outdoor jumbotron, poolside fire pit, corn hole, and community BBQ grills. Being an academically-oriented environment, the 24-hour Academic Success Center is equipped with iMacs, group and private study lounges, and Wi-Fi throughout the community. All utilities are included in the semester rental rate. Situated in close proximity to campus, 191 College is a quick walk to class but supplies two bike storage units. 191 College provides a 24-hour, on-call staff, residential assistants, and a courtesy patrol officer. 191 College does not close at Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring breaks.
