Two times during the school year, students may submit a request to change or swap their room assignment.
- Fall: September 3-6, 2019
- Spring: January 21 – January 24, 2020
To request a room change, students must complete the Room Change Request Form that is emailed to their Tigermail account one week prior to Room Change Week. If the room change request is approved, the student will pick up their new room key on Friday afternoon of Room Change Week and has until the following Monday to complete their move and return their old room keys. If a student moves to a residence hall with a different price point, their eBill is adjusted to reflect the difference.
